BAPTISM

What is Baptism?

Baptism stands as a significant moment in the life of a Christian. Once you’ve committed to Christ, it’s the opportune time to move forward and declare your decision. Baptism serves as the most meaningful way to express your faith and symbolize the positive transformation in your life.

Baptism FAQ

Baptisms usually take place every 6-8 weeks, with the schedule varying depending on school, weather and other things that could come up as a mobile church.
Baptisms occur at the JFW Baptistery that’s occasionally integrated into our weekend services. Feel free to invite your family and friends to witness and support you on this new journey!
Opt for shorts and a dark t-shirt as suitable attire. Remember to bring a change of clothes and a towel.
You’re welcome to have the person who led you to Christ or someone who supported you throughout the journey baptize you. Alternatively, if you prefer, one of our pastors would be delighted to perform the baptism.

Middle School and High School Age: To be baptized, please have a discussion with your Student Pastor or Small Group Leader and register online.
